Pretty TV weatherperson Tia Amberson has gone from being as sweet as a summer's day to a category five hurricane. Her longtime boyfriend dumped her on Valentine's Day, and to add insult to injury, she's been placed under arrest by the cutest African-American cop she's ever seen. Her crime? Slashing the tires she gave her ex-almost fiance' for Christmas. Her punishment? Mandatory attendance at an anger management class.

Police office Byron Rivers can't forget the spitfire he caught cutting a tire in a condo parking lot. Then his own hot temper lands him in teh same class as Tia, where a magnetic force pulls these two together. When they touch he's nitro; she's glycerin. He's gasoline; she's the match. But when Tia joins the other women in the class to plan some down-and-dirty revenge on their exes, Byron finds out.
